Latarbelakang Yaacob Berkat Enterprise

Ladang herba YBE merangkumi keluasan penanaman herba seluas 3 ½ ekar dengan jumlah jenis herba melebihi 100 jenis. Memandangkan kepada jenis herba yang pelbagai maka penanaman herba dibahagikan mengikut plot-plot tanaman tertentu serta keperluannya. Syarikat YBE telah memulakan projek penanaman herba mulai tahun 2000 dengan membeli hampir 100 jenis herba terpilih bagi tujuan anak benih. Namun disebabkan keadaan cuaca, kurang pemahaman terhadap sifat herba dan juga jenis tanah yang sesuai maka menjelang tahun 2002 sehingga 2004 hanya herba tertentu sahaja dijadikan fokus syarikat seperti herba Misai Kucing, Kaca Beling, Rosella, Mempahit & Hempedu Bumi lazimnya berkaitan penyakit-penyakit tertentu seperti kencing manis, darah tinggi, buasir, batu karang, gastrik dan kanser. Memandangkan kepada objektif syarikat Yaacob Berkat Enterprise antara lainnya adalah untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan herba serta ilmu pengetahuan yang berguna di kalangan masyarakat setempat maka pemilik syarikat YBE yaitu Tn Hj Yaacob Sharif dan Puan Hjh Hairani Mat Taib telah mengambil keputusan serta inisiatif bagi melebarkan serta mengembangkan perniagaan YBE ke peringkat penawaran kursus-kursus jangka pendek. Antara halangan bagi mencapai objektif tersebut adalah modal peribadi yang besar serta beban tugas untuk mengurus syarikat.

YBE herb farm covers ​​herbal cultivation area of ​​3 ½ acres with more than 100 types of herbs. Given the objectives of the company is to develop knowledge of herbs and other useful knowledge among the public that the company owner Tuan Hj Yaacob Sharif and Puan Hjh Hairani Mat Taib has taken an initiatives to broaden and expand the YBE plan by offering short-term courses. Among the obstacles to achieving these objectives is large private capital and to manage the workload.
